Health Guarantee

 

The purchase of any puppy is subject to the following terms and conditions. This is a health guarantee for 1 year. All puppies should be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of your puppy arriving home.

 

Guarantee starts at the date of actual purchase.

Congenital Defects: If your puppy develops a condition before he or she is 1 year of age and the condition dates back to the fetal stage and this condition would severely impact the quality of life short of euthanasia; you will receive a replacement puppy. These conditions are listed and limited to HEART, KIDNEY, LIVER, HIPS, AND EYES ONLY.

 

Death: In-case of death, an autopsy stating the cause of death would be required or I will need to speak to your vet right away, before a replacement puppy is given. No money will be refunded!!!

In the event that this guarantee is exercised it would be subject to the availability of another litter as I will not over breed my girls for any reason. It could take months from the date we are notified through a letter from a licensed vet explaining the medical problems and defining them as a direct genetic link to our breeding program. You will receive a replacement puppy of equal value from next available littler only. The replacement will be up to the discretion of Pookie Poo Bears, if the same sex of puppy is not available then if agreeable to both parties Pookie Poo Bears may replace the puppy with the opposite sex puppy of equal value, however if not agreeable to both parties, then buyer must wait for the first available same gender puppy to be born for their replacement. (Replacements must be taken from next available litter, choosing not to will forfeit all monies paid and guarantee signed by both parties).

 

There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, i.e.: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered by this guarantee.

 

1. This contract is only for the person adopting the puppy. The contract is VOIDED if original buyer sells the puppy to another person.

 

2. Pookie Poo Bears guarantees a healthy companion pet, but does not guarantee adult size, color, and temperament. Nor do we guarantee fitness for breeding or any dog bred because we advise all puppies should be Spayed or Neutered.

 

3. ALL hernias: All Hernia repairs do not warrant replacement puppy as it is not life threatening and in no way interferes with quality of life of the puppy.

 

4. This contract supersedes any and all previous agreements. 

 

IMPORTANT PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU READ

We accept half of the original agreed upon price as a deposit to hold any puppy. The buyer agrees to have the puppy paid for in full if applicable, by the puppies’ age of 8 weeks. Puppies older than this must be paid for in full, we do not accept deposits on any puppies older than 7 weeks of age. Failure to have your puppy paid for in full forfeits any and all monies paid towards the agreed upon puppy. Changing your mind or any personal situations that may arise causing you not to be able to fulfill the contract forfeits any and all monies paid on this agreed upon puppy.

 

NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR ANY REASON.

SO PLEASE MAKE SURE THIS IS THE PUPPY YOU WANT BEFORE YOU

SEND A DEPOSIT OR PAY FOR YOUR NEW PUPPY.

NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED!!!

 

 In the event a puppy should pass or not fit for placement still in Pookie Poo Bears, then a full refund will be given unless the Buyer chooses another available puppy.

 

5.  This Health Guarantee is void if the terms and conditions and not fulfilled.

 

• Spay/Neuter at 4-6 months old, if not doing so it could result in putting your puppy in harm’s way.

The preceding paragraphs contain conditions established by Pookie Poo Bears to ensure the well-being of the puppy. The Buyer’s agreements will continue for the duration of the puppies’ life and the Seller will have the right to enforce the agreements.
